2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P.Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 1910 of 2013.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as all the accusations are general and omnibus in nature. No specific act of torture or demand of dowry has been attributed against the petitioner.
4. Despite appearance having been entered on behalf of the OP No. 2 none is present on her behalf when the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31851 of 2014 (3) dt.04-11-2015 matter is called today.
5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 21.01.2015 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1910 of 2013 is hereby confirmed.
