The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Buxar (Ind) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 406, 419, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution is that the informant and others had gone to the house of the petitioner and the petitioner had assured them to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month as unemployed allowance and in lieu thereof he had taken a copy of Aadhar card, PAN card etc. as well as had given a sum of Rs. 4,000/-, but thereafter the informant and others received information that they have been granted loan from Kotak

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49477 of 2018(5) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 Mahindra Bank, New Delhi, however, the informant had not applied for the same.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has no criminal antecedent and got no complicity in the matter as stated in the FIR. The petitioner has no role to play in granting of the loan sanctioned to the informant and others.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Ind) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2018.
