2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 334 of 2023 dated 24.05.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8 and 20(b)(iii)(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and as per the allegation, only 200 gm of narcotic material suspected to be Ganja is stated to have been recovered from petitioner's small shop (Pan Gumti) and one coaccused namely Ram Pravesh Sharma has been granted bail by this Court vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43992/2023 from whose possession 250 gm of similar material was recovered and

Further submissions are that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 25.05.2023 and against him the investigation has been completed.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer.

5. Considering the above submissions and mainly the quantity of the recovered suspected narcotic material, in my opinion it is a fit case for bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 334 of 2023. (Shailendra Singh, J) annu/- U T
