The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 419, 420, 468, 384, 386, 323, 471, 467 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that the informant worked under the petitioner for five days and left the work after coming to know that the petitioner used to squeeze money from innocent people. Then the petitioner and co-accused began to put pressure on the informant to work under them. When the informant was going to market then the accused persons surrounded him, again put pressure to work, assaulted by fist, forcefully got his signature on Non-Judicial Stamp and snatched Rs. 5070/-.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35282 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant took a cheque, Pan Card and photographs of the petitioner for providing loan and petitioner lodged Khagaria P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015 on 16.02.2015, but for the occurrence of 17.02.2015 the present informant filed a complaint on 19.02.2015, which came to be registered as police case on 21.02.2015. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the case lodged by the petitioner's side at the earlier point of time, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 252 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K.
