The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.89 of 2015 registered under Sections 498-A, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torturing and assaulting the informant by her husband (petitioner) due to her black colour and also on making the protest of the illicit relation of the petitioner with his sister-in-law by the informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that while the allegation against the petitioner, who is the husband of the informant, is of assaulting the informant but no injury report was furnished by the informant in course of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1457 of 2017 (2) dt.17-01-2017 2/2 investigation. Moreover, the petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.89 of 2015.
