Petitioners seek bail in Ekangarsarai (Telhara) P.S. Case No.119 of 2004 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 307/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no allegation of any specific overt act against petitioner No.2. Petitioner No.1 is alleged to have made firing in the air. There is allegation of assault against co-accused, Ramji Ram and Jamun Mahto.

These petitioners were earlier granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44685 of 2019(3) dt.16-08-2019 2/2 17.09.2004 passed in Cr. Misc. No.25403 of 2004. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Ekangarsarai (Telhara) P.S.
