Case No. 1069 of 2016 arising out of Pirpainti P.S. Case No.

127 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise this plea before the learned Court below for seeking cancellation of bail since the Opposite Party No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49589 of 2016 (2) dt.06-12-2016 2/2 to have obtained the said privilege by suppressing material fact before that Court.

This application is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
