This is a case registered under Sections 147,148,149,353,435,427 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act, 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act and 17 of the C.L.A Act.

The allegation relates to fact of vandalism in which more than 500 persons were involved.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case because he is husband of the lady Mukhia. He further submits that nothing incriminating articles have been recovered from his conscious possession. He also submits that due to retaliation, he has been made accused in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29874 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 other five cases for the same offence. He has remained in judicial custody since 10.03.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Madanpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014.
