Petitioner is accused in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 248 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120B/34 of the I.P.C.
The allegation against the petitioner and other members of the committee is that they have conspired to collect huge tuition fee of different courses illegally without any regulation and ordinance and the free receipt was given for less amount and also not conducted any examination. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner's name has come in this case only because he is the son of Anil Sulabh (co-accused) and member of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51116 of 2016 (7) dt.09-02-2017 2/2 Indian Institute of Health Education, Beur run by the Manav Manavi Samaj Kalyan Samiti. He has no role in the administration of the institute. Further submission is that similarly situated coaccused Kiran Jha has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 49022 of 2016 on 22.12.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st Class, Patna in connection with Beur P.S.
