JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Accountant General. None appears on behalf of the State. The grievance of the petitioner is that after his retirement in the month of July, 2010, his retiral benefits, A.C.P. along with interest for delayed payment and also arrears of salary for the period commencing from August, 1992 to July, 2010 have not been paid despite a lapse of about five years. However, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he has received a communication on 06.06.2015 by the Block Development Officer, Dumra to appear before him along with necessary papers so that the matter can be resolved.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10662 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 In above view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi by filing a representation along with a copy of this order and also a copy of the aforesaid letter dated 06.06.2015 sent by the Block Development Officer, Dumra as the petitioner claims that the benefits are not being given on the pretext that the Block Development Officer of Dumra Block did not send the last pay certificate along with Service Book to the subsequent place of transfer. If such representation is filed, let the same be considered in accordance with law and disposed of by passing a reasoned order within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such representation. If the petitioner is found entitled for payment of dues against the aforesaid heads then that should be paid within a further period of six weeks. (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J) N.H./- U
