2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to delete paragraph 8 of the instant bail application which has been typed inadvertently. Permission is granted. Let the same be done in course of the day.
3. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 584 of 2020 dated 15.08.2020, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
4. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons are said to have fired upon the informant's husband due to which he died on the

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that FIR has been lodged against four named accused persons. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion raised by the family members of the informant. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the specific allegation is against coaccused Bulbul Yadav, who is said to have fired on the husband of the informant. Petitioner is the agnates of co-accused Bulbul Yadav due to which, he has been falsely made accused in this case. It is next submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Bablu Yadav and Kishori Yadav have been granted bail vide order dated 17.10.2024 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 69447 of 2024. Lastly, it has been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
7. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43540 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 3/3 the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 584 of 2020, he/they shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
