1. Heard Mr. Jay Ram Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shyameshwar Dayal, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khushrupur P. S. Case No. 88 of 2025, dated 13.03.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, he has been made accused during the course of investigation on the basis of mere suspicion, the main allegation of causing fire arm injury to the nephew of the informant is against the named coaccused Bipin Kumar and the informant is said to have witnessed the entire occurrence but he has not named the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39231 of 2025(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 petitioner as being involved in the commission of the alleged occurrence. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 15.03.2025 and against him investigation has been completed.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel, this court is inclined to grant the relief of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner namedabove be enlarged on bail in connection with Khushrupur P. S. Case No. 88 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
