This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.06.2015. Shri Akhileshwar Pd. Singh, the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he is ready to deposit Rs. 60,00,000/-, but the period of four weeks may be extended till 31st December, 2015.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to deposit the aforesaid amount by 31st of December, 2015 and the order dated 25.06.2015 is modified to the aforesaid extent. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 25.06.2015. With the aforesaid observations this modification petition is disposed of.
