The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 33 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. Further submission is that the recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the field of co-accused Nathuni Singh, as is evident from the seizure list. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged place of occurrence and the illicit liquor. He is a man of clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.51702 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Special Judge, Excise-cum-District Judge-VII, Aurangabad in connection with Salaiya P.S.
