1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 354, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no. 1 (Prince Kumar @ Satyam Raj).
4. Permission is accorded.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent.
6. The informant alleges that she had gone to maintain law and order in the village as scuffle had taken place during a Yagya amongst the villagers when it is alleged that petitioner no. 1 held her collar and raised fist while his mother hit her on her back and Roushan twisted her arms.
7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that allegation of holding the collar of the informant is against Prince Kumar @ Satyam Raj and as far as the present petitioner is concerned, the allegation against him is general and omnibus in nature.
8. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
9. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner no. 2 above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail

No.41731 of 2023(2) dt.07-08-2023 3/3 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kurhani P.S.
