The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant's motorcycle, mobile, PAN card, ATM card, driving license, cash and other articles were robbed leading to the registration of FIR against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the confessional statement of co-accused during investigation.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner and statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34381 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 253 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
