1. Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Syed Masleh Uddin AShraf and learned APP for the State, Mr. Akbar Ali.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that appointment of petitioner as Nurse has been found forged and fabricated and thus, the petitioner been removed from the service.

4. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41851 of 2025(3) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 case by the informant. It is next submitted that prior to instituting the FIR, no explanation from the petitioner was sought. It is further submitted that had an opportunity been given to the petitioner to explain her side of the case, perhaps the instant FIR would not have been instituted.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Tarapur P. S. Case No.23 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The application stands allowed.
