JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 18-01-2018 In spite of having both the petitions relating to different case number that is Angarghat P. S. Case No.15 of 2017 as well as Angarghat P. S. Case No.51 of 2016, as the parties are

spouses and controversy as is evident, happens to be relating to marital one, on account thereof, both the petitions are taken together and are being disposed of by a common order. On previous occasion, learned respective counsels were requested to have presence of the petitioner, who happens to be the husband and wife Ankita Kumari. Accordingly, petitioner, Sunny Kumar Choudhary is physically present and is represented by the learned Senior Counsel Sri Suraj Narain Prasad Sinha while informant Ankita Kumari is also physically present and is represented by learned counsel Sri Deepak Kumar Singh. Both of them were instructed before recess to sort out their differences as well as whether there happens to be any possibility for their reunion and accordingly, time has been fixed at 4.00 p.m. At 4.00 p.m.

, the learned respective counsels as well as petitioner Sunny Kumar Choudhary and Ankita Kumari are present and by the grace of god, they have disclosed that they have been able to sort out their differences and are ready to lead their conjugal life. That being so, both of them are directed to surrender before the learned lower Court with a compromise petition within fortnight along with their physical presence, whereupon the learned lower Court will pass appropriate order.

in light of wish of the spouse. Till then, the provisional bail being availed by the petitioner will continue relating to both the cases pending before the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Angarghat P. S. Case No.51 of 2016 as well as before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Angarghat P. S. Case No.15 of 2017.
