Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 617 of 2016 registered under Sections307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 08.03.2017, 09.03.2017, 20.06.2017, 21.06.2017 and 23.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 6107 of 2017, 3288 of 2017, 18810 of 2017, 26546 of 2017 and 18621 of 2017 respectively. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 03.12.2016.
