Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 106 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The case of the prosecution is of assaulting to the informant side. Two persons namely Ansh Raj and Ritesh Kumar are received injury. The allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted to Ritesh Kumar by means of iron rod.

From perusal of the case diary and injury report of injured Ritesh Kumar, it appears that injury is grievous in nature, which is on left eye brow, approximately 6 c.m. long is grievous in nature.
