Considering the above, the application is allowed. The time granted under order dated 1.7.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 16201 of 2014 is extended to 17th of July, 2015 subject to deposit of a cost in the sum of Rs. 200/- (Two hundred) with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee and filing receipt thereof in the office on or before 10th of November, 2015.
