This writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the following relief:- For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order/s direction/s commanding the respondents to re-open the investigation of Jadopur P.S. Case No. 18/2019, registered in Jadopur Police station on 03.03.2019 under sections 279, 304A, 427 of the Indian Penal Code on the basis of written report of the petitioner and conclude the same in fair and impartial manner.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that before the submission of the Final Form/Final Report, one surrender-cum-bail application dated 23.12.2019 was submitted by Chhotelal Singh son of Late Mahesh Singh but the police has not investigated the case properly and has submitted the final report in a hurry.

4. In view of the above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the SHO, Jadopur Police Station to file an application for further investigation in the Court below and thereafter investigate the case further. In the further investigation, he will investigate as to the involvement of Chhotelal Singh and thereafter take a decision on the same.

5. The further investigation must be completed within three months of from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj through FAX for its compliance.
