ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-07-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 07.04.2015 by which the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif has called for a report from the Dy. S.P. in Complaint Case No. 550C of 2013.

It has been submitted that earlier a report had been called for which has been received but despite the same fresh report has been called for.

The Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif is directed to look into the records of the case and if he is not satisfied with the report he shall call afresh report within a period of three weeks and thereafter he shall pass appropriate orders.

With the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed off.
