JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2018 Mr. S. D. Sanjay, learned Additional Solicitor General of India informs this Court that the allotment and admission process of second round of Online UG Counselling for admission against MBBS/BDS seats got completed on 9th August, 2018 and the Mop Up Round of DGHS has started from 16th August, 2018. He further states, based on written instructions which has been received from the Directorate General of Health Services that the petitioner is eligible to participate in Mop Up Round of counselling after registering afresh for the Deemed Universities.
In view of the statement so made on behalf of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14985 of 2018(4) dt.20-08-2018 2/2 respondent- Union of India, the petitioner's grievance appears to have been redressed.
