2. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 15.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1117 of 2025, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that by mistake, Fathua P.S. Case No.59 of 2020 was mentioned in place of Nadi P.S. Case No.59 of 2020, in the said petition as a result of which, the same was reflected in the order dated 15.02.2025 and same may be modified accordingly. He further seeks extension of time to surrender before the learned District Court.

4. Considering the reasons assigned in the modification application and the affidavit, let Nadi P.S. Case No.59 of 2020 be read in place of Fathua P.S. Case No.59 of 2020, in the order dated 15.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1117 of 2025.

5. Further period to surrender before the learned District Court is extended by three weeks from today subject to deposit of cost of Rs. 20,000/- in the account of Bihar State Legal Services Authority, Patna, Bihar at the time of furnishing the bail bonds.

6. The order dated 15.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1117 of 2025 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The other parts of the order shall remain intact.

7. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
