Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 24/03/2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59966/ 2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during trial the informant and the victim have been examined but they have not supported the prosecution case. The depositions of the informant and the victim have been annexed as Annexure-3 series to the petition. Petitioner is in custody since 08/06/2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, period of custody of the petitioner and the depositions of the informant and the
