2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 461, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, one unknown person came to the yard of informant, committed theft of motorcycle and key of vehicle and fled away. Name of petitioner surfaced during investigation and his house was raided from where stolen articles were recovered. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.
