The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Complaint Case No.76 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lady is the own Phua of the petitioner and dispute arose out of a petty incident regarding tying and opening of a she goat. Considering the petty nature of allegation and the fact that the incident occurred at spur of the moment, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender
