The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2013 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons of dragging brother, son of the informant. There is also specific allegation against the petitioner is of dragging the deceased and one Mritrunjay Yadav has killed.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and nothing specific has been attributed against him. Heard learned A.P.P. also who draws my attention towards

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45517 of 2018 (3) dt.10-09-2018 2/2 para 4 of the case diary stating that the petitioner has actively played his role in the murder of the deceased and the deceased and another accused has killed the deceased.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner, however as reported charge has been framed in this case as such learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude the same as expeditiously as possible.
