The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Deep Nagar P.S. Case No.423 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
The informant got secret inputs that Shrawan Yadav had kept liquor under the earth near Sipah Akhara. When the informant and other officials reached at the place, two persons started fleeing away. On chase, one Pintu Kumar was arrested and Pintu Kumar disclosed the name of petitioner Chintu Yadav as the person, who managed to flee away.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police did not get any information about the petitioner rather got secret information about Shrawan Yadav. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Nobody has seen

Having considered the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No.423 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
