Patna High Court CWJC No.11486 of 2015(8) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 of the Award passed in the Lok Adalat. The benefit has accrued to the petitioner on that basis. The recovery, which was made, has also been refunded.
In view of the above, the issue of last pay drawn can not be gone into.
