2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025 dated 08.01.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 126(2), 115(2), 304(2) read with section 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, four unknown miscreants ridden on two motorcycles stopped the motorcycle of the informant and one Kailash Yadav and they snatched Rs. 85,000/- from the possession of the informant and Kailash Yadav and fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39177 of 2025(2) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 this case. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has sprung up on the basis of CDR. No TIP has been conducted by the prosecution. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025.

7. The application stands allowed.
