JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 18-01-2017 Seen the report submitted by the learned lower court wherefrom it is evident that after closure of prosecution case, statement of accused have already been recorded. For the present, the case is pending for defence and argument. In the aforesaid background, now the trial depends upon the wish and desire of the petitioner. In case so co-operated at the end of the petitioner, learned lower court will endeavour to dispose it of within one month proceeding with the trial on day-today basis. So far merit of the case is concerned, considering the status of the petitioner, I do not see any cogent reason to reconsider whereupon, the instant petition is rejected.
