The petitioner seek bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Rahui (Wena) P.S. Case No. 275 of 2019 dated 19.07.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 323, 342, 354, 353, 307 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioner has been named in the FIR but the accusation of demand of Rangdari has not been attributed to him. The petitioner is only said to have assaulted the informant by means of fists and slaps. Under similar circumstances, one of the accused persons of this case has been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 79765 of 2019.

Considering the aforestated facts and the nature of accusation, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Rahui (Wena) P.S. Case No. 275 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
