Petitioner is in custody in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 287 of 2018 for the offence under sections 25(1-a)/B/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submits that the allegation against the from his possession one loaded pistol with live cartridge, mobile and case were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 9.12.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Praduman Kumar has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc.No. 31265 of 2019 vide order dated 10.5.2019.
