24-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner in Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 265 of 2018. Earlier, vide order dated 20.09.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 40381 of 2019, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected. On last date i.e. on 10.02.2021, a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and kept at flag 'R'. From perusal of the same, it appears that the case is fixed for evidence.

Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, the bail application of petitioner is rejected. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J.) anay U T
