Mr. Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 210 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 354, 379, 506, 307, 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Informant in his written complaint has stated that on 06.06.2018 when she was returning back after attending the Programme of Chief Minister, in the meanwhile at Hasan Bazar an scorpio vehicle deliberately dashed against her car with

However, the informant managed to escape, but the miscreants overtook the informant's car and surrounded the car of the informant at Bikramganj Chowk and informant was abused and assaulted and her Mangalsutra was also snatched. Thereafter the miscreants threatened her that she thinks herself to be a big leader and she will be eliminated. Thereafter she left her car and escaped but in the meantime Dablu Khan opened 4-5 rounds of fire on the informant but by the grace of God she was saved and thereafter Md. Parvez Khan threatened that if she will not give ransom, her child would be kidnapped.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to political rivalry. It has been further submitted that petitioner is a practicing advocate and is a law abiding citizen. He is also a social worker and he is in custody since 07.06.2018. The allegations as made in FIR are imaginary and concocted.

Learned Counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of regular bail to the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.48279 of 2018(3) dt.24-08-2018 3/3 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj (Rohtas) District- Sasaram, in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 210 of 2018.
