2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 452, 427, 504/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 145/2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and the accusation of assault is general and omnibus against the accused persons including the petitioners without any specific injury attributed individually. There is land dispute between the parties who are Gotiyas. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP refers to the postmortem report in the case diary to submit that the deceased died after sustaining multiple grievous injuries, which corroborates the accusation of assault by the accused persons.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this court is not inclined to grant
