JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-09-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(1) That this is an application for issuance of writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction / directing to respondents authorities to initiate encroachment proceeding against respondent nos. 3 to 6 and others who encroached government land under Khata No. 120, Plot No. 1462 village-Amaithi, AnchalSanjhauli, Rohtas also directing to

Patna High Court CWJC No.10744 of 2022(2) dt.08-09-2022 2/2 remove said encroachment and clear exist of drainage."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Sanchhauli, DistrictRohtas for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner files appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 before the Circle Officer, Sanchhauli, District-Rohtas, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law, and after hearing the affected parties, final orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
