This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Jamalpur P.S. Case No.24 of 2023 (S.T. No.162 of 2023) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413, 414 & 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was found riding a stolen motorcycle with co-accused.

The petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 29.01.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42218 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Munger, in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No.24 of 2023 (S.T. No.162 of 2023). 7.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Jamalpur Police Station, District- Munger on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
