This application is for grant of regular bail arises out of Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.463 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Rule 56 of the Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Rules, 2019 .

The petitioner is the owner of a loader, which was recovered loaded with sand. He is in custody since 26.09.2024.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43875 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur / concerned Court below, in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.463 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Bidupur Police Station, District- Vaishali on first and third Sunday of each month.
