The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 195/2005 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3049B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner being Bhaisur alongwith the in-laws had committed the offence of torturing the deceased subjecting her to the demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is nowhere concern with regard to the offence as alleged in the complaint petition rather he has been living away for many years and has been separate from other brothers and father, as he has been working in Punjab. It is

It is further submitted that save and except the bald allegation levelled against the petitioner, there is no cogent material on record so as to implicate the petitioner in the present case. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Class, Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 195 of 2005, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
