32 litres of country made wine has been recovered from the house of the petitioners and for that whole family consisting of father, mother and sons have been made an accused. So far status of petitioners are concerned, Chandrawati Devi is the mother while Ram Surat Chaudhary petitioner no.1 and Dudh Mohan Chaudhary petitioner no.2 are sons. All of them happen to be under custody since 13.11.2016. Having no criminal antecedent as per disclosure made under para-3 of the petition.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54900 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 Accordingly, petitioners Ram Surat Chaudhary, Dudh Mohan Chaudhary, Chandrawati Devi each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No.255 of 2016.
