Sneha Kumari @ Silpi Kumari aged about 17 years found missing and on account thereof, informant, her father filed written report casting suspicion against the petitioner to have enticed her away.

From Annexure-2, it is apparent that during course of her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., the so alleged victim shown her inclination towards the petitioner and further, admitted to have married.

Considering the age of the victim, petitioner, Shankar Kumar @ Shankar Gupta is directed to be released on
