JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-04-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within two weeks after start of normal functioning of the Court. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Suresh Prasad Singh, learned APP for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date, investigation in this case is pending.
A perusal of the First Information Report giving rise to the present case would show that there is an allegation against the petitioner that he was establishing physical relationship with the complainant right from her childhood age and he was regularly alluring her in the name of marriage. In the kind of allegations made in the First
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10704 of 2021(2) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 Information Report and as the investigation is still pending, this Court finds no reason to interfere with the same. The application is, thus, dismissed.
