Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 20/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that small quantity of 100 gms of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from his possession. The petitioner denies the said allegation. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 13.05.2017.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand)
