In view of the Division Bench decision of this Court in Raj Kumar Sah v. State of Bihar & Another, 2008 (4) PLJR 817, the petitioner is permitted to convert this civil writ jurisdiction case to an appropriate criminal proceeding before the High Court within two weeks.

If this civil writ jurisdiction case is not converted to an appropriate criminal proceeding within aforesaid period, this writ application shall stands dismissed.
