====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. There is case and counter case. Both sides have sustained injury at the hands of others. Allegation against the petitioners is of commission of firearm injury. Three persons had sustained injury. Some of the injuries were at the vital part of the body i.e. abdomen and chest. Final opinion regarding the nature of injures is still awaited. Petitioners are in custody since 07.02.2019.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioners, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39070 of 2019(7) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 named, be released on bail, after framing of the charges against the petitioners, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Majhaulia Police Station Case No. 506 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
