The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.592 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 342, 406, 420, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Epidemic Disease Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case being a staff/manager of the hospital. He further submits that it is a matter of accounting. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40807 of 2022(7) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.592 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
