The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 343 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are younger brother-in-laws of the deceased and that the husband of the deceased is already in custody as well as there is no cogent material in the case diary to implicate the petitioners in the present, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the
